Manage your license

Enter the license key from your purchase email to check that it is active. One license covers up to three of your Macs.

Move RangeTrace to another Mac

On the Mac you no longer use, open RangeTrace and choose Deactivate… in Settings, under License. That frees its place, and you can enter the same key on your other Mac.

If that Mac is lost, sold, or no longer starts, email support@rangetrace.app with your license key and we will free its place for you.

Lost your key?

Your license key is in the email sent when you bought RangeTrace. If you cannot find it, email support@rangetrace.app from the address you used to buy, and we will send it again. The download page has the app and the install steps.
